If you have a high deductible, this option usually results in significantly lower out-of-pocket costs compared to what your insurer would require you to pay.

Allergy Testing Payment Info
At Preferred Urgent Care, we want to maintain transparent billing so patients know what to expect.
- Initial Visit: Patients are required to pay $100 for the allergy testing at the time of visit.
- Insurance Claim: If treatment is recommended, we file a claim. If approved, you only pay your co-pay.
- Denied Claims: If the claim is denied, the initial $100 covers the visit—nothing else is owed.
- Self-Pay: Treatment ranges from $850 to $1600 depending on the number of allergens.
